The Pilates Boutique Terms & Conditions

By booking or attending any class, private session, workshop, or event at The Pilates Boutique, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These apply to all clients attending via class packs, drop-in bookings, introductory offers, private sessions, promotional packages, or workshops.

1. Booking & Payment

• All classes and sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system.

• The Pilates Boutique operates as a cashless studio.

• Prices may be reviewed from time to time. Current pricing will always be available via the booking system, and any changes will be communicated where possible.

• All payments for classes, class packs, private sessions, workshops, and events are non-refundable.

2. New Clients – Reformer Taster Session (Prerequisite)

• All new clients must complete a Reformer Taster Session before booking onto regular group Reformer classes.

• The Reformer Taster Session ensures clients are introduced safely to the equipment, basic technique, and studio expectations.

• This session is a mandatory prerequisite and is required for client safety and class suitability.

• The Pilates Boutique reserves the right to recommend additional private sessions before progressing to group classes where appropriate.

3. Class Packs & Introductory Offers

• Class packs provide discounted access to sessions and are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.

• All class packs are non-transferable and cannot be shared or resold.

• Unused sessions expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be extended, paused, or refunded due to illness, travel, or personal circumstances.

• Introductory offers are limited to one per client and must be used within the stated timeframe.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Reformer classes cannot be cancelled but may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

• 1-1 sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Late reschedules, non-attendance, or failure to arrive on time will result in the session being forfeited and charged in full.

• Repeated late changes or no-shows may result in restricted booking privileges.

5. Arrival, Late Entry & Attendance

• Please arrive at least 5 minutes early so classes can begin on time.

• Late entry may be refused for safety reasons, particularly if the warm-up phase has passed.

• If you arrive too late to participate safely, the session will still be charged.

• On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, clients will be met at the back entrance and escorted to the studio.

6. Studio Etiquette

• Shoes, coats, and bags must be left in the changing room lockers.

• Personal belongings should not be brought into the studio space.

• Clients are asked to remove all personal belongings from the changing rooms at the end of their session or shower.

• Clients are welcome to use the changing rooms, toilets, lockers, and hair dryers provided.

• Use of the gym facilities is not permitted at this time. This may be introduced in the future as part of a membership offering.

• Recording of sessions is not permitted. Photos of the studio space are allowed.

• If you need to leave a class early, please inform the instructor at the beginning of the session.

• Classes are an inclusive environment — kindness and respect are expected at all times.

• Clients are kindly asked to bring bottled water to their session.

7. Clothing & Equipment

• Appropriate exercise clothing that allows free movement must be worn.

• Grip socks are required for Reformer Pilates and are available to purchase if needed.

• A pre-assessment may be required before participating in classes.

• Clients must inform the studio of any changes to their health, including new injuries, pain, or medication.

• If you are unwell, please do not attend classes.

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You confirm that you are physically able to take part in Pilates-based exercise.
